A New Era
Welcome to the exciting new Epikos Blog. This is the start of something completely new. First, I want to point you towards the title of this venture. You'll notice that we've decided to refer to this as "Epikos Family News". That isn't merely a title either. As our company grows we have become more distant from each other and more importantly, from you, our valued customers.
In May, 2011 Our owner, Henry Flood, started a company dedicated to providing a family friendly gaming store to the Chattanooga community, but what he got was more than he bargained for. We got more than a family store, we got a family.
Unfortunately in the infancy of our new multi-store company, we have failed to communicate effectively between our stores and with our customers, new and old.
That Ends Today.
Our Promise
We are making a commitment effective immediately to communicate more
regularly and effectively, starting today. This new avenue of communication is part
of that commitment, here we will post on a regular basis on a variety of topics
from Owners, Employees and even some of our regular customers.
We will also be advertising events more effectively and further in advance. We owe
it to you, our customers, to be consistent in our message and you should be seeing
a corresponding increase in how frequently we communicate with you through all
our mediums.

back here every week for more. We will even be adding Instagram to our repitoire
soon.
